We wanted to have this on our loooong shared taxi ride from Khiva to Bukhara. They have run out of somsa and this batch was not ready yet. So no luck on our part. Sis and I had lagman instead.

Else the road trip was super long, cutting through the Kyzyl Kum desert so it almost feels like Mad Max movie. This road trip was the only time we had air con in the car (albeit it was hardly noticeable) because the windows needed to be shut due to the sand.
